Ed’s Go to Breakfast:

'I don’t have time in the morning to make a large over the top breakfasts and I personally think smoothies are overrated. It can be too many calories and you can’t successfully measure your food intake'.

This is Ed's quick and easy go to breakfast that has helped with debloating, weight management and a healthy gut throughout the day and is a lot simpler than what you would expect.

'Every morning, I don't really deviate for from this.'

  • 1 scoop of the ed&i FIT WITHIN Hemp Protein Powder
  • 3 Scoop natural unsweetened yogurt
  • 1 Kiwifruit
  • Or Quarter pineapple

'I like to keep it simple.  A lot of people over complicate breakfast/ smoothies. Keeping it simple starts your day off right with the right amount of nutrients.'

Why these are Ed’s top ingredient picks.

Kiwifruit is high in Vitamin C and is a great way to get your vitamin and fiber consumption up. Kiwifruit also has several nutrients and antioxidants that are great for your skin. Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Lutein and zeaxanthin when combined can help with dark spots on your skin.

Pineapple is an absolute wonder food that helps to calm inflammation, boosts collagen production, combat aging, and helps to speed wound healing.

Plus, both these fruits are great for healthy bowel movement.

Natural/ unsweetened yogurt is great for getting your probiotics in. Yogurt provides calcium and protein which may help enhance healthy gut bacteria.

Customers have said they love to also add chia seeds. Chia seeds are known to help with stomach and gut health as they are extremely high in fiber. Always in moderation of course.
