This week we catch up with beauty guru and ed&i muse Jahmin.
What do you do?
I’m a senior beauty therapist and product specialist at Caci clinic. I am also internationally qualified in fashion/theater/media makeup artistry and often freelance in the ball/bridal season
What’s your beauty ethos?
Simple, sustainable and effective. I am religious with making time for myself and doing my self care regime, it’s almost like Thursday therapy. A little self love goes a long way.
What does body confidence mean to you?
Rocking your individuality! no matter what size shape or colour and to completely own it. A major part in my body confidence comes from not paying attention to what others think and not changing what I believe is right for me depending on the current “trend”. I know exactly who I am and I love myself for that.
How has Ed&i helped you feel body/skin confident?
I’ve struggled with finding body products that don’t flair my seasonal dermatitis on my arms so the fact it’s NZ owned and natural is a blessing because now I can live in fake tan all year round! The before body scrub and after oil means my skins always fresh and then lathering the part time tan allows me to love the whiskey cocoa dream.
