Vitamin E is an extremely powerful antioxidant which helps your skin cells stay healthy and protects your skin from UV radiation and damage. It helps your skin look smooth, soft and free of lines. High in fatty acids vitamin E helps protect the skin against sun damage and boosts collagen production. Vitamin E also helps with skin elasticity making it look firm and supple.

Apply to your skin daily after your evening shower for overnight hydration and soothing of the skin.

For deeper hydration in the skin, apply immediately after a BEFORE dry body scrub in the evenings. 

Apply after a day in the sun, beach or pool and soothe the skin from sun burn and hydrate the skin from the summer elements.

Is ed&i body vegan?

Our body care and face care range are 100% vegan. We do not test any of our products on animals. FIT WITHIN is also vegan.

Our supplement SKIN WITHIN is not vegan as we use hydrolysed marine collagen in the formulation.

Is ed&i body natural?

ed&i body is made from natural and naturally derived products. We use 1% fragrance in our body care range which we designed with NZ’s top perfumiest and sourced from France.

Our face care is derived from natural ingredients and enhanced with clean science for optimal performance. Our face care range is free from Fragrance, Alcohol, Silicone's, parabens, Sulphates, PEGs, synthetic colours and chemical UV filters.

Can I use ed&i body if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

Yes, most of our ed&i body products are safe to use while pregnant. We have received great feedback from mums and mums to be who have used ed&i throughout their pregnancy and after birth. Mums to be, have loved using the AFTER-body oil on their bellies to help with stretch marks.

Our FIT WITHIN protein is Gluten Free, Vegan, Dairy Free, Pregnancy and breastfeeding safe.

However, SKIN WITHIN is made with hydrolysed marine collagen. Please consult your doctor before taking this if you are unsure. Marine collagen is considered a seafood.

If I stop taking SKIN WITHIN, will my skin issues come back? 

Taking an internal beauty supplement is essentially part of your daily beauty routine and lifestyle. SKIN WITHIN supports skin health while you take it. To continue seeing the results SKIN WITHIN provides then it needs to be taken continuously. SKIN WITHIN contains health supplements that can/should be taken everyday if you are concerned about skin health. We cannot say whether or not your skin issues will return.

Can I take SKIN WITHIN if I am allergic to mushrooms? 

Our hero ingredient in SKIN WITHIN is Tremella mushroom. We do advise you always checking with your GP first before consuming SKIN WITHIN if you have a mushroom allergy.

How should I take FIT WITHIN?

You can take FIT WITHIN however works best for you. We recommend keeping it simple. One scoop paired with your favourite milk blended. You can also add one scoop to yogurt and fruit, make a fruit smoothie or add to your coffee.

How often should I be using Morning Coffee?

Like any face exfoliator we recommend using a few times a week! However, all skin is different, finding what works best for you is key. Some can use it more frequently and others only a few times a week.

Where is ed&i body made?

All ed&i products are proudly made in New Zealand from local and imported ingredients.

Can males use ed&i body/take ed&i supplements? 

Yes! Males can absolutely use any ed&i products. In fact we have seen some incredible results within our ed&i male community. Our products can be used by anyone!

Why does PART TIME tan not have a pump? 

Our tan formulation is unique in the fact it does not ned a pump. Our tan is natural and does not contain under colour tones like purple and greens which stain your sheets and clothes. Please refer to our PART TIME product page to see a how-to video on how best to apply the tan.

How long do I wait before getting into bed/putting clothes on after applying PART TIME TAN?

We recommend always waiting until your tan is touch dry before getting dressed. Usually 10-20 min depending.

How long does PART TIME TAN last? 

PART TIME TAN is designed to last at least 3-4 days of a strong natural glow. Like all tans if you moisturise daily after washing the tan off, you should notice your tan will last longer. PART TIME TAN also has a patch-free fade. Please refer to our Beauty Blog for any additional tan info here

How do I use PART TIME TAN?

Although ed&i PART TIME TAN does not have a pump application, applying the tan is still the same as any other. Place your mitt on top of the tan bottle, gently pour a small amount of liquid on to the mitt then rub in circular motions on the body. The tan has no colour undertone, however by rubbing the tan onto the body a white foam activates to help guide you on where your placing the tan. Can you use AFTER oil in your hair?

Yes, you can. Use AFTER as a hair mask overnight. It is suitable for all hair types. You can also use AFTER as a shaving oil and a bath oil while you soak. For any additional info on ways you can use our AFTER Oil, please refer to our Beauty Blog here

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin, or those who suffer from eczema or psoriasis?

Yes! We have had some amazing results from people who suffer from eczema and psoriasis after using our body care range. However, everyone’s skin is different, and people react to products differently. We cannot guarantee you will have the same results as someone else.

What is the best way to use the BEFORE scrub?

BEFORE is a dry scrub. Apply the scrub dry onto your body (avoiding face), leave for 2-5 mins before getting into the shower to rinse.

How do I clean my Mitt?

It is very important to apply your tan with a clean mitt to give your tan the best finish. You can simply hand wash your mitt in warm water with a bit of detergent or pop your mitt on a gentle cycle in the washing machine. Your mitt should be replaced every 3-6 months.

How long does shipping take? 

Shipping will take 1-2 business working days for all orders placed in New Zealand.

Who do I contact if my order doesn’t arrive or goes missing? 

Unfortunately, once the order is handed over to the courier it is up to them to get your order safely in a prompt manner to you. If you do not receive your package you will need to call the courier and supply them with your order number to make an enquiry. Is GUT WITHIN Pregnancy and Breastfeeding safe?

It is advised against using GUT WITHIN if you are pregnant or nursing. One of our key ingredients, Cayenne powder can be harsh on babies' stomachs and may result in an upset stomach.

Is GUT WITHIN Vegan?

GUT WITHIN is not Vegan as the caps are made from gelatin. 

Is GUT WITHIN and SKIN WITHIN Gluten free? 

The raw materials are not sourced from gluten-containing ingredients. However, we cannot confirm they are gluten free as they have not been tested for this.

Can I take GUT WITHIN with SKIN WITHIN? 

Yes! You absolutely can take together. If you plan to do so, you can take two SKIN WITHIN pill & one GUT WITHIN pill morning or night. Ed takes 2 of each as a preference. 

Can I take GUT WITHIN with other supplements or medication?

It is safe to take GUT WITHIN with other supplements. It is also safe to take with other medications, however if you are unsure or on strict medication, please consult with your doctor.
